A winter engagment and other news!

School is kicking my butt this semester! The material isn't actually that hard to learn it's all the homework my teachers are giving me! I have stuff due nearly everyday. The end of monday feels like a friday!

I turned in an assignment today that may or may not go over well with my teacher but I can't worry about that because I stood up for what I believe in and wrote my entire assignment based on what Genesis teaches about the early people and how they ate from Creation up to the Flood and not what Evolutionary theory (which is being taught as fact) says about early humans! I can't wait to hear her response and I am hoping it sparks some interest in her and she doesn't give me an F =) I did make sure to tell her I was not intending to disrespect her in any way by rejecting her teaching material...eeek.

I am enjoying my new living situation. It's nice to be closer to everything and not have to pay rent. It's going to help me get in a better position financially for school and future plans and plus I don't have to worry about working so much. I am working 3 hrs less per week and I am hoping next year I can cut down to 25 hrs or less per week.

I found out I am having another nephew! I am so excited! I can't wait to meet him in June! He is due the 10th I believe. What a blessing!

Also I just listened to the State of the Union Address response from the Republican Governor from Virginia. I really liked everything he had to say! Very good stuff. I am excited to see what's going to happen in the next elections! If you didn't see the response you can find it on YouTube.

I took engagement pictures for my roomate. I still call her that even though we aren't technically roommates anymore! haha.. oh well. I love her and I am so happy for her. I have been there to watch them fall in love and they are so great for eachother. I offered to do her pictures as an engagment present. It was fun though, we went to Manito Park. Not as pretty in winter with no snow but it still worked out!

Oh yeah and aged photo look is my favorite look except I lower the exposure and increase the saturation for it. I love it!

These are so cute!!!
luv'em!
Glad to hear everything is going better!
I watching that speech last night after the lovely Obama one... what a neat seeming guy! And he actually said some stuff from the bible! I'm liking how much republicains are fighting to get out to people what's truth and the right way to lead.
Speaking of...
Good job doing that paper that way! I hope you don't get an F either, these days it wouldn't suprise me. =(
Let me know what happens!
